Editing Fee Rate for an Activity

You can edit the Fee Rate for an activity either by using globally set values or by entering local values specific to the element.

  1. In the sidebar navigation, click > Planner > Calendar or > Budget and go to the line of the activity whose fee you want to edit.

  2. Double-click the element.

  3. The detailed view opens.

  4. Select the Fees tab.

  5. Open the fee assignment:

    1. Double-click a fee.

    Or

    1. Select the checkbox in the first column.

    2. Click Edit.

  6. The Edit fee dialog box opens.

  7. Edit the fee amount. You can either use globally defined values or enter local values for the element.

  8. Attention! Data loss! If you switch from local to global values, all local values will be lost and cannot be restored.

  9. Click Save.

You have now edited the fee rate for the activity.
